SUMMIT REGISTRATION FEE: Euro 950 per delegate

The Registration Fee includes attendance at all sessions, documentation, refreshments, lunch on both days and invitation to the Official Dinner on November 4^th, 2010. It does not include hotel accommodation or travel expenses.  Delegate Booking Form (please download the .pdf file)

LANGUAGE: The official language of the Summit will be English. Simultaneous translations in Turkish will be provided.

PAYMENT: Payment of the full delegate fee is due 14 days after the invoice date, but before the Summit starts. Please note your booking is valid only after full payment is received!

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received in writing. Those received before October 1st, 2010  will be refunded less  Euro 250 administrative charge. Cancellations cannot be accepted after this time and will be liable for the full fee. Substitutions can be made at any time but must be received in writing.

INDEMNITY: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to change the content or timing of the programme, speakers or venue. We will notify you of any major changes. Should for any reason outside the control of the organisers, the speakers or venue change, or the event be cancelled due to an act of terrorism or extreme weather conditions or industrial action, Conventure Business Events SRL shall endeavour to reschedule but the client hereby indemnities and holds harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses which are incurred by the client.
